MINUTES OF MEETING
MARCH 6, 2003
PRESENT: Acting Chairman Stan Brehm, Dave Colbert, Joanna McIntosh, Skip Lawrence, Harold Arey, Ron Lesieur and Secretary Andrea Deachman
Chairman Brehm introduced the Board and asked the members of the Board to review the minutes of February 6, 2003.
Motion was made to accept the minutes as written.
Arey/McIntosh (Passed)
Harold Arey stepped down from the Board for the next two hearings.
DESIGN REVIEW: Richard & Natalie Arell
Subdivision
Map 3, Lot 119, Canterbury Road
Abutters present: James Murphy, Linda & Udo Rauter, Frank Hatch and Harold Arey
Mr. Arell presented plans to the Board. The abutters present reviewed the plans. Note was taken that the Router’s name was spelled incorrectly. Mr. Arell will have his surveyor correct the plan.
After review the Design Review was closed.
PUBLIC HEARING: Richard & Natalie Arell
Subdivision
Map 3, Lot 119, Canterbury Road
Abutters present: James Murphy, Linda & Udo Rauter, Frank Hatch and Harold Arey
Mr. Arell presented the final plans to the Board.
Motion was made to accept the plan with the correction of Router’s name.

DISCUSSION: Jeff Andrews
Conservation Commission
Jeff explained that the Conservation Commission is back on track and working to get the natural resource inventory done. This project includes wetlands, wild life habitat, forests and agricultural property.
There will be a public information meeting on May 12, 2003, and the Commission meets the second Monday each month at 7pm in the town hall. The Commission would like to see a member of the Planning Board involved with the commission.

Did not attend, no action taken.
DISCUSSION: David Marsh
Lot Line Adjustment
Map 4, Lots 58F-3 & 58F-4, Lane Road
Mr. Marsh presented the plans to the Board. He would like to change the lines between two lots.
Design Review/Public Hearing will be set for April.
Motion was made to adjourn.
